My Hippy Baby is a monthly subscription box for children from newborn to 24 months. It's a box that grows with your child. All of our products are made in the USA. Our products are natural, organic, and/or eco-friendly. We strive to only send the best to you and your children because that's what we would expect as well. We are also huge supporters of small businesses which is where lots of our products come from. This way, you will receive several items that are unique and hard to find in a store.
Each box is designed specifically for your child's age. Babies grow so fast that each month is an important milestone. Your child will receive items designed for each month of development. This will include items like toys, books, personal care, specific milestone items related to teething and development, and other fun, exciting surprises. Every personal care or cleaning product is made with all natural ingredients so you don't have to worry about what's inside each item.
During the checkout process we ask for your child's birthday. Then we send the box associated with your child's monthly age. Because every child develops differently, we will sometimes send a milestone box a little earlier than the average milestone age. This is so you will have that item on hand when you do need it and won't receive it too late.
Each subscription box ships on or around the 15th of every month. If you place your first order before the cut off date (which is the 10th) you will receive that current month's box. If you order after the 10th, your first box will arrive the following month. All boxes and gifts without a subscription ship within 3-5 business days.
We only ship within the United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
For initial orders you are billed when you place your order. You are then billed the 1st of each month. If you subscribe after the cut off date (the 10th), you are billed for your first box right away but won't be billed for your second box until the month after the next month.
Yes. You are never under any obligation when subscribing with us. We'd hate to see you go, but if you must we make it easy to cancel. We send out boxes on a month-to-month basis so if you no longer wish to receive your box, simply login to your account to cancel the subscription. Subscriptions will automatically renew if not cancelled before the last day of the month. We bill on the first of each month so be sure to cancel before then or else you'll be charged and receive your final box after the 15th. If you end up cancelling after you've already been billed, we must be notified by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) before the 10th of the month for you to receive a refund. Once the package is shipped, we are not able to issue a refund.
Every box is unique and tailored for a specific age so we do not accept returns on our boxes. If any items were damaged during delivery please contact us right away and we will make it right.
This is something we will have in the future but currently we only have the subscription option or a single box or gift box.
Yes we do! You can either select a single gift box or choose to gift an ongoing monthly, 3 month or 6 month subscription. We can also include a special note inside the first box if you include these details within the notes during checkout.
